Our bar chocolates are not your standard chocolate bar. They are hand-made. We process the cocoa beans from tree-to-bar – roasting and making the cocoa mass ourselves. We work exclusively with Fino de Aroma cocoa trinitario and criollo varieties that offer a combination of fruit-blossom aromas and flavors with hints of nuts. Thanks to the blending of cane sugar and 100% cocoa butter, chocolate is characterized by its delicate flavor and distinctive aroma.
